We have a very strong school system. We are now ready to take it to the next level--to make NPS an excellent school system for every single student.
I am running for re-election to continue to work with my colleagues to strengthen our education system, guided by what I believe are the Committee's two main responsibilities:
We have the responsibility to ensure that our schools provide the best instruction, services, and supports to all of our students so that each of them can be succesful.
We have the fiduciary responsibility to all town residents to invest their tax dollars in the most valuable manner that is consistent with our collective values and priorities.
Specifically, as a returning School Committee member my priorities are to:
Ensure every student has a clear path to academic, social-emotional, and life-long success
Ensure that every student feels welcomed, supported, and seen in each of our schools
Support our teachers in their endeavor to educate our students
Bring continuity and proven leadership to the the superintendent transition
Engage the community in the development of a new NPS strategic plan
These priorities will ensure that ALL Natick students receive a quality education that meets their individual needs.
